Applicable principles
Cotonou Drive minimises collected data, encrypts identity documents, limits access by role and records sensitive actions. Technical providers act under appropriate agreements.
Booking and cancellation
The itemised price and versioned cancellation policy are shown before payment. By default, cancellation is free until D-7, half the deposit is refunded between D-7 and D-2, and the deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours.
