Can I rent with a driver?+
Yes. A driver is included free and selected by default for every car. You can opt out without changing the rental price.
Is Cotonou Drive a new rental company?+
No. Cotonou Drive already operates its rental business in Benin. The website is our new channel for browsing the fleet and booking more easily.
Where can I pick up the car?+
At Cotonou Airport, the Sofitel, the Novotel or another location confirmed with the team.
Which documents are required?+
A valid identity document and driving licence. An international licence may be recommended for your situation.
Can I rent a car for a few hours in Cotonou?+
Yes. Packages from 3 to 8 hours are available for appointments, errands or a half-day. Choose the hourly option, date and location: the website shows available cars and calculates the return time from your selected duration.
What happens if no car is available for my dates?+
When a search finds no available car, the catalogue suggests the five nearest availabilities matching your other criteria. Each option shows its available start date, so you can compare alternatives without starting the whole search again.
Which cancellation terms apply?+
Cancellation terms depend on the car and booking. They are displayed before confirmation and remain available in your booking summary. Always review the terms attached to your selected car before confirming.
