What you can do
- Browse services, cars and availability, then obtain an estimate without signing in.
- With your verified Cotonou Drive account, view your own booking, prepare a quote or contact request, and check whether it was sent.
- Review a request and confirm sending it in the interactive card, or use the link to our website if the card is unavailable.
This connector covers car rentals in Benin. Other countries in preparation are not open for bookings through this channel. Ride-hailing, administration, cancellations and refunds are not part of these tools.
Provide future dates and local Benin times (Africa/Porto-Novo, UTC+01:00). An estimate does not hold a vehicle. Price and availability are checked again before booking.

Before you confirm
A draft is not a sent request. Review its contents, then choose “Confirm and send”. The “Request received” status and its reference mean the request was recorded; they do not confirm a booking.
Booking completion and payment take place on the website. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card details, identity documents, precise addresses or conversation history in the chat.
Permissions and disconnection
Consent separates access to your bookings from managing your requests. Private tools access only records belonging to your account. You can revoke access from Connected apps on Cotonou Drive.
Revoking access prevents further authorized calls; it does not cancel a booking, withdraw a request already sent or erase responses already held by your assistant.
If something does not work
- No cars available: try other dates or filters, without assuming a vehicle has been reserved.
- Changed price or expired estimate: request a new estimate and review it before continuing.
- Sign-in refused: check the server address, automatic registration and your account verification. After revoking access, reconnect your account if you want to grant access again.
- Card or service unavailable: use the supplied Cotonou Drive link. If sending appears interrupted, check the request status before creating a new one.
